I have tried copykat.com but can't seem to find any. I want their cookie recipes as well as muffin recipes.
    Anyone have anything similar?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I checked on their website but no recipes for bread or cookies. A Google search turned this one up.

    Great Harvest Chocolate Chip Cookies

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups brown sugar -- packed
    1 cup butter
    2 cups rolled oats
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons molasses
    1 tablespoon milk
    12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Beat together brown sugar and butter until well combined. Add oats, eggs, molasses and milk; beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture; beat until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop dough and drop about 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 F for 12 to 13 minutes, until just starting to brown around the outside. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove and cool on racks.

    Makes 24 giant cookies.

Thank you! Now if I could just find a recipe for their peanut butter bars and berry bars. Those are my husband's favorite.

    Great Harvest Bread Company Brownies

Source: The Daily Camera - thedailycamera.com - submitted by Tammy Gritz of the Great Harvest Bread Company

    3/4 pound butter, melted
    1 3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup Dutch cocoa
    5 eggs
    2 cups brown sugar
    2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    Pinch salt
    3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts (pecans or walnuts), chopped

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add chips and stir until melted. Add melted mixture to cocoa in a bowl and combine. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whip eggs with brown sugar. Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Add this dry mixture to egg/ brown sugar mixture. Mix in the butter/chips/cocoa combination. Stir in additional chocolate chips and nuts. (Some nuts and chocolate chips may be saved to sprinkle on top of the brownies before baking.) Spread batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated 350 degree F oven. These do sound great and I will try them. I am really looking for a recipe for the Dakota bread, if anyone has any ideas?
