1 cup white wine
1 tsp salt
1 pound of shrimp, shelled and cleaned and cut up
1 cup of bread crumbs( appx)
1 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs white pepper
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
paprika and parsley for the garnish

Mix the wine and salt and marinade the shrimp for 6 hours. Drain on paper towels. Dip the shrimp in the bread crumbs and place into a greased pan. Mix remaining ingredients, except for the paprika and parsley. Spread over the shrimp and sprinkle with the garnishes. Bake at 400 covered for 20-25 minutes.
