    I just read her last book. Her popovers are wonderful. I do not make the flavored butters as she suggests. I do like to put lots of butter on them:)

    These were really easy to make. Just make sure you really grease the tins very well.

    Popovers

    4 eggs
    2 c milk
    2 c flour
    1 t salt

    Wisk eggs, then wisk in milk. In the middle of the bowl, dump flour and then add salt on top. Mix-you do WANT lumps in the batter

    Grease really well a muffin tin-12 count
    Pour batter into muffin tin-almost full
    Bake
    450 degrees for 30 minutes
    Take out of oven, slit hole for the steam to escape
