    CROCK POT MEATLOAF
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1 (7/8 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 c. milk
    6-8 sm. potatoes, cut up
    Mix all ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Shape into a loaf
    and place in the crock pot. Place potatoes at the sides of loaf.
    (If potatoes are peeled, wrap in foil to keep from darkening.)
    Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours.

    Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup
    3 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
    3 stalks celery, cut into chunks
    1 large onion, quartered
    3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 to 3 soup cans of water
    a generous shake of dried dill
    a generous shake of dried parsley
    8 oz. noodles

    Put vegetables in crockpot. Add chicken. Pour in broth and water. Add dill
    and parsley. Cover and cook on low 8 hours. Remove veggies and
    chicken from crockpot. Add noodles, turn to high and heat while you shred
    the chicken and mince the veggies. Return chicken and veggies to crockpot and
    heat through. It takes the noodles about 20 minute to cook.

    Crockpot Cola Roast

    4 pounds Bottom round roast
    1 teaspoon Salt
    1/2 teaspoon Pepper
    1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
    3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
    1 1/2 cups Cola
    12 ounces Chili sauce
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons Hot sauce

    Combine salt, pepper and garlic powder; rub over surface of roast. If
    desired, brown roast on all sides in vegetable oil in Dutch oven. Drain
    off drippings. Place roast in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients
    and pour over roast. Cover with lid; cook on high (325~) for 3 hours or
    until tender.

    Crockpot Italian Beef And Potato Casserole
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    5-1/2 oz. pkg. (box-style) scalloped potatoes
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    10-1/2 oz. can pizza sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut in small cubes
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

    Brown meat in skillet; stirring to break up meat; drain. Combine
    meat, dry sauce mix from scalloped potatoes, tomatoes, pizza sauce,
    water, salt, oregano, basil and garlic powder in crockpot. Stir in
    dry potato slices. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Turn
    control to high. Stir in mozzarella cheese cubes and top with
    parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on high for 10-15 minutes.

    Crockpot Hash Brown Casserole

    INGREDIENTS:

    1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck or ground round
    1 bag (32 oz.) hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 cup chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    1 cup boiling water
    1 tbsp. butter
    PREPARATION:

    Brown ground beef in a non-stick skillet ; drain well and transfer to slow crockpot. Combine chopped onion, garlic powder, hash brown potatoes, salt & pepper to taste. Pour over ground beef in crockpot.
    Stir. Mix gravy and boiling water. Pour over mixture. Dot with butter. Cover and cook 7 to 8 hours on low.

    Crockpot Pork Chops and Gravy

    8 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    2 10 3/4 ounce cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    mashed potatoes or hot cooked rice

    In a large skillet, cook pork chops in oil until lightly browned on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to a slow cooker.In a bowl, combine the soup, onion, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; pour over chops. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or until meat juices run clear. Serve over/with potatoes or rice. Serves

    Crockpot Sloppy Joes

    3 pounds hamburger
    2 onions, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
    1 cup water
    2 packages Sloppy Joe seasoning mix
    2 tablespoons brown sugar

    Brown hamburger in skillet. Drain. Put into crockpot. Add onions, green pepper, tomato sauce, water, seasoning mix and sugar. Stir thoroughly. Cover. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

    Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken

    1 to 1-1/2 pounds chicken pieces
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    2/3 cup vinegar
    1/4 cup lemon-line soda
    2-3 tablespoons minced garlic
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon pepper (regular black or cayenne)


    Place chicken in crockpot. Mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.
    Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
