    CAPTAIN CRUNCH CANDY

    1 3/4 - 2 lbs. white chocolate
    2 c. (12 oz.) dry roasted nuts
    2 c. Captain Crunch peanut butter cereal
    2 c. colored miniature marshmallows

    Melt white chocolate in a double boiler, add dry roasted nuts and Captain Crunch cereal. Take off heat and cool a bit; then add miniature colored marshmallows, fold in gently, drop on waxed paper. Cool and store in containers.

    CAPTAIN CRUNCH CANDY

    6 c. Captain Crunch (peanut butter)
    1 c. peanuts
    1 c. peanut butter
    20 oz. bag almond bark white chocolate

    Mix Captain Crunch cereal and peanuts. Melt chocolate and peanut butter together. Mix with cereal and peanuts until coated. Drop on waxed paper by spoonfuls.

    CAPTAIN CRUNCH BARS

    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 1/2 c. mini-marshmallows
    3 1/2 c. Captain Crunch cereal or Cheerios
    1 yellow cake mix
    8 oz. milk chocolate chips
    1 can sweetened condensed milk

    Layer in a jelly roll pan as follows: butter, cake mix (dry), marshmallows, chocolate chips, cereal, condensed milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut around edge of pan while still warm so bars don't stick.

    3 c. Captain Crunch
    3 c. salted peanuts
    1/2 c. peanut butter

    Melt chocolate in 150 degree oven, add peanut butter and stir. Mix in all other ingredients. Drop on wax paper (approximately 1 teaspoon).

    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. dry roasted nuts
    2 lb. white chocolate or 2 lb. white almond bark

    Melt almond bark. Add cereal, nuts and marshmallows. Mix and drop by spoonful on wax paper. Let set.

    I remember this from when I was growing up - my cousin would always make this at Christmas time for our family cookie exchange...I love this stuff!  I always made peanut brittle, but this was my favorite "cookie" in the exchange LOL
