    Fudge..how long does it last?
    I made some fudge i guess 3 weeks ago and still a little left. It has been in a container in the fridge. Would it still be good?

    Yes, it lasts a long, long time. All the sugar acts as a preservative.

    I keep the uncut blocks of fudge in zip loc bags, it stays really nice that way.

    I had leftover fudge after Christmas last year and wrapped it really well, with freezing paper and freezer ziplock bag and threw it in the freezer. I pulled it out this summer to nibble and it was great. No discoloration, it tasted the same etc. K Ohio
