I cook them frozen. My basic recipe for chicken, ribs, beef is One bottle 18 ounce hickory bbq sauce, small jar 14 ounce spaghetti sauce and three fourth cup brown sugar. If making spareribs in the oven cover with this mixture, no need to mix Use foil in the pan bake 250 degrees 6 hours. You can easily double or triple this. The time at temperature remains the same.

Add:
½ can tomato paste
1 can recipe ready diced or stewed tomatoes
Bring to a simmer.
Put on PC lid and cook 12 minutes at 15 lb.
Add to taste:
Oregano
Basil
Marjoram

Italian seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Simmer until thick.

RE: ISO: Pressure cooker recipes for chicken breast halfs with bone
From the Pressure Cooker Yahoo Board, posted by chickie...
Chicken-in-a-Pot From Food Network Kitchens
6 large carrots, peeled and cut into 11/2-inch chunks
2 large onions, halved and thinly sliced
4 long strips lemon zest
4 sprigs fresh dill, plus 2 tablespoons chopped
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus additional for seasoning
4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed (2 1/2 to 3 pounds)
2 cups chicken broth
Put the carrots, onions, lemon zest, dill sprigs, and olive oil in a 7-liter
pressure cooker. Season the vegetables with the 1/2 teaspoon salt and the
chicken with salt, to taste. Pour the broth in the pot, then nestle the chicken
meat side down on top of the vegetables.
Close the pressure cooker lid, bring the pressure up to high (this can take up
to 10 minutes). Adjust the heat, if necessary, to maintain an even high pressure
for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and use the quick-release method to bring
down the pressure.
Stir the chopped dill into the chicken stew. Put 1 chicken breast in each of 4
large soup bowls and ladle some carrots and broth over each one.

Chicken w/Orange and Garlic
* 4 chicken breast halves, without skin
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 2 green onions, thinly sliced
* 8 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
* 1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth
* 1/2 cup orange juice
* dash hot sauce, such as Tabasco
* 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
PREPARATION:
Wash chicken and pat dry. Pound chicken breasts gently to thin
slightly. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Heat olive oil in pressure
cooker. Brown chicken breasts. Add remaining ingredients. Pressure
cook on high for 10 to 12 minutes. Reduce pressure according to your
manual. Enjoy! Great over rice or noodles. Do not waste the wonderful
liquids from cooking this recipe. Use them on top of the chicken and
or rice Ray

Chicken Pili
4 chicken breast or chicken pcs.
1 TB oregano
1 onion, chopped
2 cups of chicken broth
Brown the chicken pieces in a little vegetable oil. Put in pressure cooker
with the oregano, onion and broth. Set pressure at 15 pounds and cook for about 25-30 minutes.
Take a little cold water and add a couple tablespoons of cornstarch to it.
Bring broth to a boil and slowly pour cornstarch mixture in it to thicken.
Great with mashed potatoes and biscuits!

Paprika Chicken
2 Tblsp. Oil
1 Fryer chicken, cut-up
1 pkg. dry Onion Soup Mix
4 Tblsp. Paprika
2 cups Water
2 Tblsp. Flour
1 (8 oz.) carton Sour Cream (or plain yogurt)
Put 2 Tblsp. oil into a pressure cooker pot. Brown cut-up chicken pieces on
all sides. Add the dry onion soup mix, paprika, and water. Stir once to
distribute ingredients evenly in pot.
Place lid on pressure cooker tightly. Put pressure regulator weight in
place. Leave heat under cooker on high until the weight begins to jiggle. Lower
heat immediately to a level that keeps the weight just barely moving. Time from
this point on for 12 minutes. Remove pot from heat and cool.
Mix 2 Tblsp. flour into an 8 oz. container of sour cream. Stir some of the
hot liquid from the pot into the sour cream mixture, then pour the mixture
into the pot and stir to blend. Simmer for 5 minutes on a low heat.
Serve over cooked, drained egg noodles or bow-tie pasta with green beans on
the side.

RE: ISO: Pressure cooker recipes for chicken breast halfs with bone
Thank you everyone. I appreciate your help.
Because of unforseen circumstances,
I will have to cook the chicken tomorrow & decide what recipe to try 1st.
That is if we have power tomorrow as we are getting a bad storm & suppose to get worse over night.

Thank you everyone for your recipes & help.
I made chicken noodle soup using the breasts as I got very sick & needed the comfort food. I really didn't use a recipe. I just cooked the chicken with onions, veggies, seasonings & water.
Then I cooled the pc & took chicken off the bone & strained the broth & put in more veggies & cooked briefly & added noodles & simmered without pressure. It is yummy.
