We had a chicken yesterday seasoned with McCormick's Rotisserie Chicken seasoning. It was great! But, I'd like to make this 'concoction' myself. I'm sure it's a majority of paprika......With some other spices thrown in for flavor. Does anyone have a copycat recipe for this? Thanks in advance. Trish

Hi...I don't have the McCormick clone but this seasoning blend came from a recipe book I got with my George Foreman Rotisserie. It is delicious and tastes just like a deli roasted chicken.

    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teasponns paprika
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 teaspoons black pepper
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon dried thyme

Hope this is similar to what you are looking for

Trish - Helena8's recipe clone sounds great, but, I've recently been using McCormick's Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning, and it's fantastic!! In fact, I posted on this the other day.

I brushed cut-up chicken pieces with some olive oil, sprinkled with McCormick's Rotisserie Seasoning, let sit for 30 minutes, then baked at 375 for an hour.

This weekend, we grilled the chicken pieces, after using the same seasoning method as above. I LOVE this stuff. It makes the best chicken. The seasoning actually penetrates the chicken for through and through flavor.
