    1 sleeve saltines, crushed= ?? cup
    I have a recipe that calls for 1 sleeve of crushed saltine crackers. I thought I might substitute plain breadcrumbs but have no idea how much of a dry measure cup would be equivalent. Anyone know out there?

    Redraspberry girl you were absolutley right. I decided to just do the recipe as written but I measured the crumbs after crushing them and it was 1 1/2 cups. Using yor equivalency, that would mean 2 cups of bread crumbs. Thanks for the info. I appreciate it.
