Can sausage gravy for biscuits be frozen or will it be ruined?

It freezes. When you thaw, you will probaby need to add some milk to adjust the consistency and heat it up slowly.

Yes, it freezes fine, like Carol said, but I thin it with a little water.

I don't think it would freeze well, but I never had to try because that was my DH favorite breakfast along with biscuits and grits and coffee of course (he was from NC)--I miss it because I won't make a pan just for myself. I used to be able to get Morrisons gravy mix that was wonderful at Sams and I would just use a partial package of that, mix with water and add my cooked sausage, it was better than any I could have made from scratch. Unfortunately, can't find that mix now.
