We've been trying this for about 2 months. It works. It's unreal.

We put 2 bars under the fitted sheet. Used lever. One on Jim's side and one on mine.

Jim is the one that has trouble with this.

His legs can be giving him fits before going to bed, but they calm down once he gets in bed.

Even when he has had a bunch of caffeine.

We noticed when we went to Branson and he didn't have that under the fitted sheet, he had trouble with his legs.

Don't know how it works, just know it does.

Thank you CK for this post!!!!
Most folks think I am nuts when I tell them about this but it really does work---
have been doing it for several months and occasionally take it out just to prove to myself that it does work.

You just put the whole bar under the fitted sheet? This may be a stupid question but, wrapped or unwrapped?

Does it matter what kind. I just bought a package of Coast brand that Walgreen had a special on. I am going to try this for my husband.

I have used soap for about 2 years. It does work for me. I use Irish Spring as that's what we use. But people need to be aware that when it does stop working change it. Some people just think that it doesn't work anymore and don't change it out.

Does it matter what brand of soap you use? What does the soap do?
The reason I'm asking is: My Mom & Step- Dad suffers from leg cramps all the time. They're looking for some relief.
My Mom's a nurse. She's always standing. My Step- Dad is always moving around, and working around the house, like doing yard- work. Both of them exercise about 3 times a week, and go swimming. Can age be a factor? They're 60 & 80. Melissa.

I don't think age matters at all. i know people in their 30's that have rls.. and this works for them. Know another that is 85+ and works for her too.
