Does any have any ideas on how to reheat fried shrimp where it won't be soggy or hard? I have some at a resturant last night and could not eat it all so I brought the left overs home and I hate to waste really good shrimp but do not know how to reheat it.

If you have a toaster oven I have found it works quite well - just set temp @ 250 degrees and don't let it heat too long. I've also used the microwave - just on defrost power in 45 second intervals. Good luck - I agree with you about not wasting good shrimp!

We usually reheat fried foods in the oven so they don't get soggy. Just lay them out on a cookie sheet with sides and pop them in a 300-350 oven for several minutes. It won't take long to heat them. Shrimp and calamari will get a bit 'rubbery' if heated too long. You could try a lower oven temperature and cover them with foil.

    Good luck!
