    I learned from a neighbor and WONDERFUL baker a long time ago that the trick to making moist brownies is to frost them while they are still warm. Works every time! Mzfryz in SD

    Also, bake them at least 10 minutes LESS than the minimum time given, if you like fudgy (as opposed to cake-like) brownies....

    Make them a day ahead, and the next day they are moister. That hard crust around the edges disappears.

    I add a good squirt of chocolate syrup to my brownies, then undercook them by 5 minutes! Always moist!
