Can't seem to discard any food product and have these frozen egg whites. What else can they be used for? Mary

Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love...Time is ETERNITY.

I would assume they would work for meringue. I have used them to make an angelfood cake and they whip up fine. I save them and keep adding to my plastic container in the freezer, re-labelling each time I add another egg white. When I have enough for a cake, I make one.
