Does anyone happen to have recipes for the GT Express 101? Thanks in advance.
I use mine for breakfast mostly. Here are a couple of my favorites.
1 can (12.4 oz.) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
Spray top of wells with nonstick cooking spray. Place 2 cinnamon rolls in each well. Cook 6 minutes. Repeat with remaining 4 rolls or refrigerate for 24 hours. Frost and serve. Serves 6.
1 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 fully-cooked frozen breakfast sausage links, chopped
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients. Spoon 1/2 of mixture into each well. Cook 10 minutes or until well browned. Serves 2.
You can tweak this recipe to fit your taste. I sometimes use cooked bacon or cooked bulk sausage. Use whatever you have on hand.

I've never tried it but don't see why you couldn't. I think it would turn out fine. MM
I don't have a GT Express. I wonder if the recipes would work in my Sandwich Maker? Will have to try it next year. Don't have the time right now as everything takes longer due to my disability. latinrose

I have made the stuffed soup and it is delicious. I used cream of chicken with chicken stove top sometimes add chopped chicken but i don't put in cheese.
I would love to have the GT Express 101-----has anyone seen them in stores yet? I have only seen them on TV and they look like something I would actually use.

I just received my machine and the book says:
4 slices French bread, about 1/2 " thick,
leftover meatloaf sliced
2 slices cheese (optional),

1 recipe garlic butter and that's : 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened,
1 Tbsp minced fresh garclic
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp dry parsley
Assemble two sandwiches with meatloaf and cheese, if desired. Spread garlic butter on the outside of sandwiches. Place on sandwich in each well.
Cook 4 to 6 minutes. Serves 2.
