I need soup ideas to use up left over pork tenderloin. I have a cold and scratchy sore throat and I really want some soothing soup . I have at least half of a lemon garlic flavored pork tenderloin in the fridge. Any ideas? Thanks!!

You could use the leftover pork in this recipe;
I would just use any recipe for chicken soup, pork tenderloin works really well in just about any soup recipe. Maybe a taco soup would work well.
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
1 to 2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 can black beans
1 can chili beans
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 12 oz. can chicken broth or stock ( I used 14-16 oz. )
2 cans rotel ( I only use one and add a can of delmonte tomatoes with green chilies )
1 package taco seasoning mix ( I only use half a package )
3 boneless chicken breasts, ( You can just add your leftover pork loin
Honey- I like honey in my soups, a little sweet along with the spicy ( this is optional to your taste)
You can cook this on the stove top or in the crock pot. You can put the chicken in the crockpot uncooked , cook 5 hours on low, pull the chicken out and shred, return chicken to crockpot and cook 2 more hours on low. If using leftover cooked meat just add and cook until veggies are done and soup is well combined in flavor. I serve with shredded cheddar on top.
