I wanted to try to make some pizzas from bisquick. Do you know how to make the crust?

Pizza is always a possibility when you have Bisquick® mix on the shelf! Making a crust has never been so quick and easy.

I found this:
You will need a 13 x 9 glass pan.
Add 2 cups of Bisquick into the pan. Make a well in the middle of the Bisquick.Add 1/2 cup of warm water.
Mix together with a fork the Bisquick and water. It should resemble dough. If it is too stiff, add a few sprinkles of water, if it is too wet, add a bit more Bisquick.
Press and pack down with a spoon into the pan covering the whole bottom.
Add your sauce and other ingredients onto the pizza. Top with 2 cups of shredded cheese.
Cook in a 425 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.
For a thinner crust use 1 1/2 cups of Bisquick and 1/3 cup of hot water.
Another idea- DS and I make this several times every few months if we are too short of time to make a Yeast crust from scratch.
I keep Martha White (or similar- you can use the Bisquick recipe too) inexpensive Pizza Mix in my cupboard.We prepare it as directed which is basically just water , maybe a little oil and press it into about a 10 inch skillet which has been coated with a little butter, Olive oil or Pam.
Add your sauce , arrange your toppings and cheese and cook it over Medium heat like a Pancake until it is lightly brown on the bottom and top is slightly puffed and you can lift the edge with a spatula,
Move to about 4 inches under a Preheated Broiler Leaving skillet handle pointing out of the oven so you do not burn it Broil until cheese bubbles and top has a nice light tan color.
