I'll be baking it in a 9x13 pan. I never know when it's done! I have an instant read thermometer. What temp should the middle of the dressing be when it's cooked through?? Thanks! Sandy

If you are not cooking it in the turkey and no part of the turkey is used it is not much of a concern, just so that it is warmed.
