Rice A Roni Egg Fu Yung



1 pkg. golden grain rice a roni fried rice mix

6 eggs

1 T. soy sauce

1/2 t. salt

Dash pepper

1 can bean sprouts, drained (or use same amount fresh)

1/4 cup sliced green onion

Sauce: 2 T. cornstarch

2 T. soy sauce

2 cups water



Prepare Fried Rice a Roni according to pkg. directions. Cool. Beat eggs with 1
T. soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Stirring cooked rice a roni, bean sprouts and green onion. Drop mixture by 1/2
cupfuls onto greased griddle.

Brown on each side.



For the sauce, mix cornstarch, 2 T. soy sauce and water. Cook until thick. Serve
over egg fu yung.
