Bacon Wrapped Mini Pierogies 1 box Mrs. T's Mini Pierogies 14 slices bacon (sliced in half)1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)Defrost Mini Pierogies by placing in boiling water for 2 minutes or refrigerate overnight. Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each Mini Pierogy. Layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle with brown sugar if desired. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned, turning once. Optional: Pan-fry or grill until brown
Sizzlin' Southwest Taco Salad Servings: 41 box Mrs. T's Potato & Cheddar Mini Pierogies8 ounces ground turkey or beef1 package taco seasoning1 package mixed salad greens, such as iceberg and romaine1 cup shredded Jack cheese1 cup prepared salsa1 cup diced avocadoIn a large skillet, over medium-high heat, place turkey or beef. Cook, breaking meat in small pieces with a fork, until it loses its pink color, about 3 minutes. Add frozen mini pierogies; cook and stir until partially thawed, about 5 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water. Cook, stirring occasinally, until pierogies are hot and flavors are well blended, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place salad greens on four dinner plates, dividing equally. Top with mini pierogies and meat mixture, Jack cheese, salsa and avocado. Serve immediately.
Cheddar Fondue and Pierogies Servings: 61 box Mrs. T’s Potato & 4 Cheese Blend Mini Pierogies4 cups shredded cheddar cheese4 cups shredded Swiss cheese1/2 cup white wineDeep-fry pierogies as box directs. Keep warm.Meanwhile, melt cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese and white wine in 3-quart saucepan or fondue pot over medium heat, until mixture is smooth and well blended.To serve, let each person dip pierogies into fondue.
