I had been reading in some health sites how healthy edamame is, especially for diabetics so I bought a box of frozen ones yesterday. It just says on the box to steam and season with butter but I thought maybe some of you had other ways to fix them. I am anxious to try them as they never sounded that good to me. When I was growing up we raised soy beans but never heard of eating them then. Thanks, Anna
I love to steam them, drain and then use a little sesame seed oil sprinkled on. I can eat these right out of the refrigerator cold. A great snack.
