Can anyone tell me how many eggs to use if the recipe calls for 3/4 cup egg substitute?
I found the recipe in a cooking light recipe book but do not have egg substitute, just plain old
eggs! Thanks for any help.
1/4 cup of the egg substitute is equal to 1 egg
I've always used the 'formula' that 1/4 cup subst. = 1 egg, so therefore you will need 3 eggs for your recipe. I haven't had a recipe failure using that 'formula'. Hope thais helps. Jan.
