I am invited to an out of town Pampered Chef party and am thinking to order the food chopper and the pomegranate balsamic vinegar and am wondering what are the uses for the vinegar? Ideas would be appreciated.
Salad dressings or reduce it and use as a glaze on pork or chicken, use it mixed with olive oil for dipping Italian bread. Yummy stuff....I'm never without it.
I mix it with half mayo and half sour cream for cole slaw and also deviled eggs. Good stuff. Preberably would be good in macaroni salad, too.
You can buy it in the store and may be cheaper than at a Pampered Chef party. I don't remember seeing it in their catalog the last one I went to one which was about a year or more ago.
