Inevitably when I want to make a crumb crust of some sort (I do not like regular pie crusts) I need to dig through my files to find the proper percentages of crumbs to butter to sugar- baking times if necessary or how many Oreo cookies I need to crush to make that crust I like.Sad.

So here it is on one post for me and anyone else that may benefit from it. That Chocolate cheesecake looks killer too!  ~Alliea

    Baked Graham Cracker Pie Crust

    Ingredients:

6 T melted  (you can replace the
butter with an equal amount of Peanut Butter (I prefer smooth if a Peanut Butter
    flavored crust is desired.)

    1/3 cup sugar

    1
1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs  -about 10 to 12 whole graham crackers crushed
to equal  1 1/2 cups crumbs

    OPT- 1/2 to 3/4
    tsp Cinnamon

    Preheat oven - 375 degrees F.

Melt the Butter (I like to use the Microwave and mix the
ingredients in the same bowl for easy cleanup.)

Blend all ingredients in a bowl and press  evenly into a
Pie plate (9 or 10 inch) I like to spray the pie plate  lightly with
    Pam

OPT- Chill the pan before baking to help prevent the crust
    from Crumbling

    Bake @375 7-8 minutes minutes. (don't over
    bake)

    Cool  crust before filling .

    UNBAKED GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

If the recipe requires an unbaked pie crust omit the baking and chill the
crust for 1 Hour before filling.

    OREO
    Cookies
    3
    Tbsp. butter, melted

    Make It

    PLACE cookies in large
resealable plastic bag; press bag to remove excess air, then seal bag. Use
rolling pin (I use my Food processor-A)  to crush cookies to form fine crumbs.

    ADD butter; squeeze bag (I
use a bowl~A) to evenly moisten crumbs.

    PRESS crumb mixture onto
bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Use
immediately or refrigerate until ready to fill.

    Kraft Kitchens Tips

    Use Your Food Processor
Use pulsing action to process cookies in food processor just
    until fine crumbs form.
How to Easily Serve Crumb Crust Pies
When serving a crumb-crust pie, dip filled pie plate in warm
water for 10 seconds, being careful to dip pie plate to just below rim. This
will help loosen the crust to make it easier to serve the cut
    pieces.
How to Press Crumb Mixture into Pie Plate
Use bottom of dry measuring cup to firmly press crumb mixture
onto bottom and up side of pie
    plate.

If the recipe requires  an unbaked  pie crust omit the baking and chill the
crust for 1 Hour before filling.

    How to Neatly Cut Cheesecake
    Slices
When cutting cheesecakes, carefully wipe off the knife blade
between cuts using a clean, damp towel. This prevents the creamy filling from
building up on the blade, ensuring nice clean cuts that leave the filling
    intact.
    How to Test Cheesecake Doneness
To avoid overbaking a cheesecake, check for doneness at the
minimum baking time by gently shaking the pan. If the cheesecake is done, the
edge should be slightly puffed and it will be set except for a small area in the
center that will be soft and jiggly. Do not insert a knife into the center as
this may cause the cheesecake to crack during
    cooling.
