Grelo,that is not true. In case it would be,are you astonished about it??? I am not . There was so much fighting going on on AC . An innocent comment was turned into a nasty remark . I think TOH cleaned up the site? I have not looked at it for some time. Going to "Recipes" takes enough of my time.

4. Just because you haven't had a lot of responses to a recipe for making cream soda you're ready to paint the entire Recipes community as a "lost cause"??? Well, that might explain your opinion then. I believe the entire topic was raised on KC, not Recipes. Did you get enough responses over there to feel that you're accepted/respected? My goodness! Many posters have posted topics that don't receive a lot of responses, but I don't remember many of them calling the forum a lost cause.

Grelo just because something once was doesn't mean it always is. You of all people should know that. I think there are a ton of people that don't post much at all but browse all the forums - People watching, if you will. Sometimes they jump in & sometimes they don't.
The forums have all been pretty slow but things seem to be picking up lately.
It's my hope that people feel comfortable here & feel like it's their Community. I think that most people find a forum they feel at home in & stay there, not because of some animosity but just because that's where they feel at home.
Sometimes people don't respond to my posts...do I care...no...well sometimes if I really need an answer to a question, but most of the time I don't care...I go elsewhere for answers if I don't get it here.

I don't post in here nearly as much as before but I have to say I do stop in Recipes from time to time and see what is going on, like the ingredient of the week? LOL. I thoroughly enjoy what is going to be created, and scroll through some of the others, just don't spend alot of time on TOH with the issues sometimes of getting on, hehe, I am not the only one though I am sure, so grab a recipe and off I go....... take care everyone, Connie
