In answer to your question, if you look for this box on the RIGHT side of your screen, scroll down and click on "Find a member", another page will open up with bb names on it. I believe that BJ's name is the second on the list. If you click on her name, it will bring you to her page and it will show you the last time she logged in and her most recent posts. Here's the box on the right that I was talking about:
The last that she's mentioned on here was that she was heading from her friend's house in Canada to her property. She had made the comment that she'd probably be getting a small apartment to live in while her "shell" was being built. As far as Florida...........well she was talking at one time about buying a house there, but I have no idea if she's ever done anything more about it.
Good for you on doing the treadmill thing, between you, Karen & Heidi doing this exercise thing...........*shaking head* LOL I so understand having so much to do and it's even harder when you have to go outside the house to work. I find it hard a whole lot of days to get stuff done and I work from HOME, I can't even imagine how people manage to get stuff done if they have to leave for a good portion of the day! Your sciatica is STILL acting up?? Good grief, I'd be ready to fall on a knife! I have herniated disks and although they rear their ugly heads every once in awhile, it's nothing like what I went through with that sciatic nerve ordeal! OUCH! The chiro & massage therapist were the answer to my problems - in fact, I haven't had to deal with that problem since! *iknocking on wood BIG TIME*

Good afternoon all, 3rd smooth day in a row,wonder when the sky will start to fall? LOL For those who asked a 911 call was recieved about a possible hostage situation in that area of Dallas.Upon arrival there were 4 people spotted running from a known crack house. The 4 split up and a foot pursuit followed,one officer chased his suspect through an alley,over 3 fences,had 2 fights and the suspect got away both times. After he caught the suspect for the 3rd time another fight ensued during which the suspect said " you're gonna have to kill me." Realizing he was losing the fight and fearing for his life the officer shot the suspect. The suspect had a very long arrest record but the people of the neighborhood was still upset. Need a sammich. Depo!!!
Chris - I'm sure that many, MANY people would love to have YOUR temps today - wow, what a switch! We've gotten a smattering of rain here and there today - the kind where you could literally count the drops on the windshield. I'm sorry that the deli wasn't all that, especially since it was soooo convenient! *sigh* Now hold on there girlie - Karen didn't blow the whistle yet!! LOL I hope that you're having a good workday - you ARE at work, aren't you? LOL
Depo - Thanks for the info about the Dallas ordeal, I still haven't heard a thing about it. Strange. So what's YOUR afternoon going to hold? Fun, games, wild women & song.....or a nap? The choice is yours. LOL
Refreshing the page and then it's back at it for me. Oh! The neighbor man just got hauled away in the ambulance! He's in his mid-70's and just got home yesterday after having two stents put in the day before. Well.........I think that he made a mistake pulling himself up onto his full-size tractor this morning (why he has one here in the city still has me baffled). I think that it put too much strain on the groin incision that the surgeon made and it split open and he started bleeding again. I have NO idea for certain, however, it seems highly unlikely that he would've had a heart attack since they had just done an angiogram and fixed all of the problems that they could find. Hmmm. I'm sure that his wife will be giving me a call later or stopping by to let me know how he is. *sigh* It didn't appear to be a dire emergency or anything as the ambulance left without speeding away with it's siren or lights on, and I didn't hear the siren come on once they hit the highway so..........????? I said a quick prayer for he & his wife as they are just the bestest neighbors!
OK, now the whistle has been offically blown!!!! Good thing I did not do it earlier because just as I was getting my cleaning tools together DH called that his scraper was broke down and he wanted me to go with him to look at a combine trailer so off we went. Now he headed to the farm for awhile because they are going to get at that job again tomorrow I guess. Whatever, my time is all booked up too.
I need a drink, I have had some many tiffs with family over our internet service, it is wireless and we have bad signal so it is up and down and up and down. Makes for a long session trying to get banking done but since I am the only one who conducts business on it and not just play they thing I am being unreasonable asking for it to be fixed ASAP since the company said they have a problem. I have been dealing with this since April so gee I sure have been impatient, I will try work on that. Whatever, caused too much trouble so I am gonna grin and bear it and when it is too much I will tether my phone and use the internet off that. Whatever!!! Now you see why I work!!!!
