This recipe is in the current TOH Cooking School magazine and it sounded so good. I don't see many recipes in which to use my Saladmaster electric frypan so it immediately caught my attention. That and the fact that it sounded yummy. I did do a couple of things differently. I did not use the entire 5 oz. of baby spinach. It was overflowing so I used probably 4 oz. I omitted the mushrooms and cottage cheese because they are not DH's favorite. The two cheeses were more than adequate and actually, with so many veggies in this recipe, I didn't need the mushrooms. The dish was delicious and I plan to make it again. I may add a little Italian sausage to it next time. I highly recommend this recipe.
Here, then are my pictures and the recipe.
Here it is right after I lifted the lid off the frypan.
Here it is with a slice taken out.
And, here it is ready to eat. (YUM).
Here is the recipe:

OMGosh that smelled SO good at the Buffalo Show. I had snuck backstage to say hi to Michael just before the show and the Saladmaster rep had dropped off one of these lasagnas for the crew - it smelled divine!
Now I would just use my mandolin and make it in the oven..
