  • How long do corn tortillas last, and how should I store them?
I bought a 3-pack of 98% fat-free, locally made corn tortillas. I've learned from experience that if I freeze the low-fat ones, they fall apart. Can I just leave them out in my pantry? They weren't refrigerated at the store. I can't seem to find an expiration date on the packages. Does anyone know how long they will last?

If the weather is warm they will mold quickly. I would store them in the fridge (in a ziploc bag if they are open.)

Thanks, Frankie, the weather is very warm and humid, so I'd better toss 'em in the fridge!

Yeah, I keep them in the fridge. The ones the store sells also says on the bag to keep them in the fridge, heck I've had some from Costco that have been in there since May, and I am just now using them, they are fine.
