A good Monday Morning to all.
I want to do the Dump Honey Sesame Chicken but don't want to use beer. Never have it in the house. I also sent this to my son who will not use beer. The recipe is from Linda Chicken, sounds easy and looks very good.
    Everyone have a good one!

You could probably use chicken broth. It may alter the flavor a little, but it should work.

Gingerale is a good substitute for beer. Just cut back a little on the other sugary stuff in the recipe for balance.

I made beer biscuits last night and thought that I should substitute gingerale next time. Beer is expensive and gingerale is cheap!

Thanks judylynn & chickenheart. I thought of cola but didn't know if I would be happy with results. Think I might try Gingerale first. Thanks

If your not wanting the sweetness of ginger ale, you could try club soda, I use that instead of water in crust mixes or buscuits. It creats an airy texture.
