It will be just fine! Think of frozen lasagne, it is frozen meat sauce and noodles!

Just micro to thaw and heat, or thaw and put into a saucepan to simmer.

Yes be sure to put it in an air tight container. I freeze it all the time. I freeze the leftovers for lunches.

They freeze great, with or without the sauce. I always freeze extra spaghetti noodles, plain, and then add them in boiling water for 1 minute to thaw and heat. Just add sauce and dinner is served....

I package individual servings of cooked spaghetti, seal with FoodSaver, and freeze. When ready to use, I just drop the number of bags needed into a pot of boiling water to thaw and heat, or I cut a slit in bag and microwave. I do the same thing with leftover cooked macaroni and use it in salads or soups.

It will freeze just fine. Remove from freezer, thaw and fry in skillet. Add a little olive oil if you want. Really good
