anyone know how long I would bake regular brownie mix in mini-muffin pans? I like the idea of bite-sized brownies, but I have no idea how long to bake them. Does anyone know?
    Thanks!!!!

I do this all the time. We call them "Brownie Bites". I bake them for about 10 minutes.

If you want, when they come out, put a miniature Reese cup, or Rolo candy (unwrapped, of course) in the middle and push it down until the top is level with the brownie.

Just don't start eating them, because I can guarantee you you won't stop with just one!!!

    Have fun!!

Ditto, Rochester - I do this all the time except in a regular muffin size pan and put the Reese's cup in the middle. I take them to dinners and holiday get-togethers all the time; they look really nice with holiday muffin liners. They are always gobbled up in no time, too! I'll have to do them in the mini-muffin pans. They would be great for lunches!
