    BLT Pizza Squares

    List of Ingredients
    -8-ounce can crescent rolls
    -8-ounce package cream cheese
    -1/2 cup sour cream
    -1 package Hidden Valley Bacon/Onion dip mix
    -2 chopped tomatoes, drained
    -1 package bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    -1/4 cup chopped green onion
    -shredded lettuce

    -Press crescent rolls together to form a single sheet on a 9-by-13-inch baking sheet.
    -Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
    -Combine cream cheese, sour cream and dip mix.
    -Add green onions and bacon crumbles.
    -Spread over cooled crust.
    -Top with tomatoes and lettuce.
    -Cut into small squares and serve.

    Fruit Pizza

    List of Ingredients
    -1 (18oz) pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough
    -1 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
    -1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
    -Assorted sliced fruit of your choice:

    Instructions-Preheat oven to 350
    -On an ungreased pizza pan smooth cookie dough on to pan about 1/4" thick
    -Bake bout 10 minutes
    -In a mixing bowl blend the marshmallow cream and cream cheese.
    -Spread over crust.
    -Top with fruit and chill til serving

    Homemade Salami

    List of Ingredients
    -2 lbs. cheap hamburger
    -2 1/2 Tbls. Mortons Quick Tender Salt
    -1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    -1/2 tsp. onion salt
    -1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    -1 Tbls. mustard seed
    -2 tsp. pepper corn
    -1 cup water

    -Mix all ingredients together well.
    -Shape into 2 logs and wrap tightly in foil.
    -Place in the refrigerator overnight ( 24 hours)
    -Bake @ 200 for 3 hours.
    -Last 1/2 hour, poke holes in the foil to release juices.
    -Cool and refrigerate or freeze.
    -Slice and serve cold with crackers.

    Layered Seafood Appetizer

    List of Ingredients
    -2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
    -2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    -1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    -1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    -1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    -1/2 cup sliced green onions, use some green tops
    -3/4 cup diced tomato
    -1 pound lump crab meat
    -1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    1. In medium bowl, cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise,
    cayenne pepper, garlic powder and mustard.

    2. Evenly spread in bottom of pizza pan or 12-inch round tray.

    3. Sprinkle onions and tomatoes over cream cheese mixture.

    4. Top with crab meat and Cheddar cheese.

    5. Serve with assorted crackers or plain tortilla chips.

    Marinated Antipasto Platter

    -1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    -2 Tbls. orange juice
    -1 tsp dried rosemary
    -1 tsp tarragon
    -1/4 cup olive oil

    -2 cups assorted olives drained ( green and black)
    -1 6 oz jar whole mushrooms drained
    -1 8 oz block cheese cut into 1/2" cubes ( mozzarella or swiss)
    -1/2 lb sliced hard salami
    -Cocktail toothpicks

    -In a non metal bowl mix all marinade ingredients except the oil.
    -Mix well.
    -Slowly add oil, beating with a wire whisk till marinade is thick and well blended.
    -In another nonmetal bowl mix mix the olives, mushrooms and cheese.
    -Add marinade and refigerate over night
    -When ready to serve, cut salami slices in half.
    -Roll slices into small cone shapes.
    -Spear with toothpicks
    -On a round platter arrange salami in the center.
    -Drain the marinated vegtables; reserving the marinade
    -Arrange the olives, mushrooms and cheese around the edge of the platter.
    -Drizzle remaining marinade over the salami.
    -Serve with toothpicks

    Mexican Confetti Squares

    List of Ingredients
    -1 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
    -1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Fat Free Sour Cream
    -4 ounces (1 cup) LAND O LAKES® Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
    -1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
    -2 tablespoons sliced green onions
    -2 tablespoons chopped mild green chiles, drained
    -2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives, drained
    -10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    -Paprika or chili powder
    -Jalapeño pepper rings, if desired

    -Combine cream cheese and sour cream in small mixer bowl.
    -Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).
    -Stir in cheese, pimientos, green onions, chilies and olives by hand.
    -Spread about 1/3 cup cream cheese mixture over one tortilla.
    -Top with another tortilla; spread with about 1/3 cup cream cheese mixture.
    -Repeat layering two more times ending with tortilla; wrap in plastic food wrap.
    -Repeat with remaining tortillas and cheese mixture.
    -Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
    -To serve, cut tortillas into 1-inch squares; sprinkle tops with paprika.
    -Garnish with jalapeno pepper rings.
    -Serve with toothpicks.
    -Makes 6 dozen appetizers.

    Veggie Pizza

    List of Ingredients
    -1 - 2 pkg crescent rolls*
    -Marzetti Ranch dip I also use Dill or French Onion dips sometimes
    -Assorted vegtables: Cut up fine ( I USE)
    -green onion
    -some times I'll throw in salad shrimp or imitation crab meat
    -Shredded velveeta cheese

    -Bake crescent rolls according to pkg directions.
    -The # of pkg depends on how large you want the pizza.
    -A round pizza pan only takes one.
    -Cut up a small amount of each vegtable you are using and mix all together in a bowl.
    -Mix cheese in with the vegtable.
    -If placing the crust on another dish or platter,slide a turner under the crust BEFORE it cools.
    -On top of crust spread the MArzetti of your choice
    -Place topping mixture on the spread.
    -Cut into pieces....and ENJOY

    Bacon Sausage Roll-ups

    List of Ingredients
    -1 c. brown sugar
    -1 lb. bacon
    -16 sausage links or 32 little smokies

    -Cut bacon in halves.
    -Cut sausage in halves.
    -Wrap bacon around each sausage link and fasten with a toothpick.
    -Place roll-ups in greased 9x13 inch pan.
    -Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    -Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight.
    -Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Bacon Wrapped BBQ Shrimp

    -16 LARGE headless shrimp
    -8 slices bacon
    -BBQ seasoning to taste

    -Clean and devein the shrimp, leaving the last tail section on.
    -Wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around each shrimp.
    -Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
    -Line a baking rack pan with foil.
    -Place the rack back onto the pan.
    -Place the shrimp on the rack and sprinkle with the seasoning; turn and sprinkle other side.
    -Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
    -Preheat oven to 450.
    -Bake the shrimp for 10-15 minutes.
    -Bacon will be crisp and shrimp pink and tender

    BBQ Shrimp

    List of Ingredients
    -3 slices chopped bacon
    -1/2 lb.margarine
    -2 Tbls. dijon mustard
    -1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
    -1/4 tsp basil
    -1/4 tsp thyme
    -1 tsp oregeno
    -garlic salt to taste
    -2 T crab boil
    -1/2 tsp tabasco
    -1 - 2 lbs peeled shrimp

    -Fry bacon
    -Add all other ingredients
    -Simmer 5 minutes
    -Place cooked shrimp in a dish and pour sauce over the top.
    -Cook 20 minutes... stir once or twice
    -I use an electric skillet
    -Can then be put into a crock pot on low to serve

    Chicken Nachos

    List of Ingredients
    -2 pkg Mexican blend shredded cheese
    -1 cup cooked chicken chopped up
    -chopped onions
    -1/4 cup milk
    -1 small can chopped green chillies drained
    -Tortilla chips
    -Shredded lettuce and tomatoes
    -Sliced green onions

    -In a sauce pan combine the cheese,chicken, onion, green chilies and milk.
    -Cook till cheese is melted
    -Arrange tortilla chips on a platter
    -Pour cheese mixture over tortilla chips.
    -Top with lettuce and tomato and onions
    -Serve right away.

    Crab Delights
    -6 oz Old English Cheese Spread
    -1/2 cup margarine
    -seasoning salt
    -garlic salt
    -1 Tbls. mayonaise
    -1 Pkg finely chopped imitation crab meat
    -1 pkg English Muffins

    -Split muffins and brown in 375 oven
    -Mix all other ingredients and spread on cool muffins
    -Freeze 10 minutes or longer
    -Cut into fourths before cooking
    -Cook at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes

    Crescent Ham and Broccoli Ring

    List of Ingredients
    -2 Cups diced ham
    -1 Cup frozen boccoli cuts ( blanched)
    -1/2 red pepper, diced
    -1-2 green onions, sliced
    -1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
    -1/2 Cup mayo
    -1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    -2 tsp. dill weed
    -2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
    -beaten egg
    -slivered almonds/sesame seeds (optional)

    -Preheat oven to 350
    -Combine ham, vegetables, cheese, mayo, garlic and dill.
    -Arrange crescent rolls in a circle by overlapping wide ends of dough, with "pointed" end facing out.
    -Spoon filling onto dough.
    -Pull pointed end of rolls over the ham mixture and tuck/pat to secure to bottom of ring.
    -Brush the dough with the beaten egg and sprinkle with almonds or sesame seeds, if desired.
    -Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
    -Carefully transfer to a decorative platter.
    -Serve right away.

    Crescent Ham and Cheese Ring

    List of Ingredients
    -1 cup Munster Cheese, shredded
    -1 cup ham diced into small pieces
    -1-2 green onions, sliced
    -1 egg beaten
    -1 Tbls. shredded Parmesan Cheese
    -1-2 tsp. seasoning salt

    -Using a 12" pizza pan, arrange the crescent rolls in a ring, with the pointed ends facing the outer edge of the pan; and the wide ends overlapping.
    -Combine all of the remaining ingredients, and spoon over the wide ends of the rolls.
    -Fold points over the filling; and tuck under wide ends.
    -Filling will be visible.
    -Bake @ 375 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

    Crescent Sausage Brunch Braid

    List of Ingredients
    -12 oz. bulk pork sausage
    -1/2 cup chopped onion
    -1/4 cup chopped celery
    -1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    -1 clove garlic, minced
    -3oz cubed cream cheese
    -2 tbsp chopped green onion tops
    -2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
    -1 8oz can crescent rolls
    -1 egg, lightly beaten

    -Preheat oven to 350.
    -In a skillet cook, sausage, onion, celery, green
    pepper and garlic until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, drain.
    -Add cream cheese, green onions and parsley.
    -Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted, set aside.
    -Unroll crescent dough on a greased baking sheet, press perforations together.
    -Roll in to an 12x10 rectangle.
    -Spoon mixture within 3 inches of sides and 1 inch of ends.
    -On each long side cut 3/4 inch wide strips.
    -Starting on one end, fold alternating strips at an angle, forming a braid.
    -Brush dough with egg and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
