Absolutely! I freeze hamburger buns, hot dog buns and bread ALL the time! Just thaw on the countertop a few hours before you want to use them and they will be just as fresh as when you put them in the freezer.

ABSOLUTY, JUST WRAP THEM GOOD TO PROTECT AGAINST FREEZER BURN. AFTER DEFROSTING PUT IN MICROWAVE ON DEFROST FOR 6/7 SECONDS. THEY COME OUT PERFECT

Yes, you can. I always use freezer bags to prevent burn and try to use within a month of freezing so the buns stay fresh.

Irene is right, Brad. If you have extra bun wrappers, double wrap them and they will stay fresher a lot longer. I double wrap all my bread to freeze...no freezer burn that way or it doesn't dry out either.
Got this tip off here a long time ago.

Do not microwave to thaw - they will seem fine, but within minutes some (most) will develop hard or "chewy" areas.
