    You can substitute an additional 1/3 cup oil or applesauce for the egg.

    You can substitute 1 Tbsp of soy flour and 1 Tbsp of water for each egg in most baking recipes.

     I don't use oil in brownie mixes or cake mixes and I don't substitute it with anything.  Just use what it calls for, except for the oil.  Makes a much lighter end product
