Mine uses sour cream
CORN CASSEROLE 1/2 cup margarine2 eggs1 can whole kernel corn with juice1 can cream style corn8 ounce sour cream1 (8 1/2 ounce) Jiffy corn bread mixMix all ingredients together. Pour in a greased casserole and bake at 350º for 35 minutes to an hour, remove and put 1 cup cheddar cheese on top, and bake again for 10 minutes.
