1/2 tsp. ground dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 cup hot water
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Heat oil in large skillet. Saute onion in oil for 1 minute, or until tender. Remove onion and set aside. Brown pork chops on both sides in oil.
Place chops in an 8" x 12" baking dish and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Cover the chops with the apples and cooked onion.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, cloves and water. Pour over chops.
Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes.

In my books....this and the Oreo one I just posted are a MUST TRY!
Brownie Cheesecake
1 (19.8 or 21.5-oz) box fudge brownie mix
3 (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease the bottom only of a 9-inch springform pan.
Prepare brownie mix as per package instructions for chewy brownies.
Spread evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until set.
Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk.
Add eggs and the vanilla; mix well.
Stir in the mini chocolate chips at the last minute. Pour into prepared pan.
Reduce oven temperature to 300. Bake for 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool.
Chill thoroughly.
Remove sides of springform pan (you may want to use a warm knife to separate the cheesecake from the sides of the pan).
Garnish with you favorite whipped cream topping and then with a few leftover mini chips sprinkled over the top.

Sugar Snap Peas with Onions and Bacon
3 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 small yellow skinned onion, peeled and chopped
1 pound sugar snap peas
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper
In a medium skillet over medium high heat, brown chopped bacon. Using a
slotted spoon, remove bacon to a paper towel lined plate. Add onion to the pan.
Saute chopped onions 3 minutes or so, until they are just tender. Add peas and water to the pan. Cover and cook peas 5 minutes. Uncover and allow the liquid to cook almost out of the pan. Add bacon back to the skillet and remove pan from heat.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!

Cajun Chicken with Lemon Sauce
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 - 2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning mix
1 teaspoon paprika
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup canned low-salt fat free chicken broth
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Chopped Italian leaf parsley for garnish
Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken breast halves to 1/2 inch thick or less. Combine flour, seasoning mix and paprika in shallow bowl. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. (Use 2 tablespoons of the seasoning mix if you like it spicy.)
Dip chicken into flour mixture, coating completely. Heat oil in heavy large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken to skillet and sauté until golden brown and just cooked through (when juices run clear). Using tongs, transfer chicken to plate and cover to keep warm.
Add broth, lemon to skillet and bring to boil, scraping up browned bits. Boil until sauce thickens slightly and coats spoon, about 5 minutes. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over chicken and top with chopped parsley to serve.

~Sour Cream Chicken Breasts~
These were fantastic and very quick to assemble.
The flavor was really good, chicken was moist and tender. The crackers really added some texture and flavor to this.
6 chicken breasts, skinned
1 small carton sour cream-8 oz.
1 cup crushed cheese crackers-I used Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Salt, pepper and paprika each piece of chicken. Place bone side down (Can use boneless) in baking dish and spoon sour cream over each piece.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over this, and pour melted margarine over all. Bake uncovered 350º oven for 1-1/2 hours.
