This bar calles for Bird's vanilla custard powder which is not available in the U.S. BUT the use of 2 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding powder turns the filling the yellow color and does the same thing as buying the Bird's which is about $4.00 a tube and completely unecessary. It is sweet, yummy and will turn the heads of anyone who has a bad sweet tooth.
