I have lost my weight watcher recipe for Taco Soup. Does anyone have it.

My DH and I joined weight watchers last night and I remember when we did it 3 years ago about a soup recipe that I made and it was delicious, on a diet or not on a diet!! We both need to lose some weight and I was glad he decided to go to the meeting with me. It will make it alot easier on me with DH going with me and really understanding how it works.
When we were on it before, I have to do all the work counting the points and everything. Now he will be able to count and keep up with his own points, Wish us luck.

I make this often & its terrific. I got it from my best friend who is a Weight Watcher leader so it even has the points! Enjoy!

    TACO SOUP

1 lb. Ground turkey (or lean beef) (I use venison)
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
    1 can Pinto beans
    1 can whole kernel corn
1 can stewed tomatoes (any flavor)
    1 lg onion (chopped)
    1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
    1 can Chili HOT beans
1 can stewed tomatoes (mexican flavor) (I use salsa)

Brown meat & onions, drain. Mix Hidden Valley & Taco seasoning into meat. Then, without draining add all of the other ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. If you can find the reduced sodium taco seasoning and the reduced sodium Hidden Valley it is very helpful because of the sodium count in both seasoning and the chili hot beans. Delicious served with baked Tostitoes, but they are not included in the POINTS per cup. Enjoy! 12 servings/1 cup per serving/2 points per serving.

    The Taco Soup

1 Point for 2 Cups (WW Meeting Recipe)

1 can Staggs 99% fat free turkey Ranchero Chili (I used our store brand, didn't have Staggs)
    1 can black beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    3 cans chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    2 Zucchinis sliced
1 cup baby carrots, cut up
    1 can Ortega green chilies
    1 onion chopped

Mix and simmer for about 30 minutes. Makes 10 servings. The recipe didn't say to drain beans, but I did.

For extra points you can add tortilla chips, fat free sour cream, low or non fat cheddar cheese. Adjust points accordingly. 2 Cups/1 Point

1 lb. of ground turkey or ground beef (I use 1/2 lb. of ground turkey)
    1 large onion chopped
1 large can of kidney beans
1 reg. can of refried beans
1 reg. can of chili beans
1 4 oz. can of chopped green chilis
16 oz. bag of frozen corn
1 reg. can of chili flavor tomato sauce
1 can (lrg or reg. - your choice) of chopped tomatoes (I use petite and reg. sz)
    1 packet of taco seasoning
1 can of water (reg. size)

Spray the bottom of a large pot with Pam and cook onions a bit - then add meat and brown. After that just dump all in pan (don't drain beans). Stir and heat. The orginal recipe calls for a packet of ranch dressing, but I don't like it added. This makes a bunch and is yummy!!
    1 cup = 2 pts. AMAZING!!!
