I was given a pan of lasagna last week and it has been in my freezer. I took it out this morning but I know that it will never be thawed by tonight. Can I cook frozen? How long and at what temp? Thanks

We did frozen lasagna for a church banquet awhile back. The directions on the lasagna that I had said we could bake it for 2 hours frozen or 1 hour if it was thawed. If I remember right we baked it around 350º (maybe 375º). The lasagna that I baked I did take out to thaw, but it didn't completely thaw out before I baked it so it took about 1 1/2 hours to bake all the way through.

    Hope this helps!

    Jessi,
Just to add to what Nickie said...yes, I've cooked frozen lasagna many times, too...works just fine. A tip though...keep it covered. The steam from the frozen "mass" of lasagna helps it to thaw out & thus cook. Anote from learned experience (otherwise, it can dry out fast!!).
