    Ok here goes..... I will type till muy fingers get tired....


    Tupperware Bread

    9 cups flour,unsifted
    1 1/2 cups milk
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 tsp salt
    4 eggs,beaten
    2 pkg yeast
    2 sticks margerine,melted

    place flour in thatsa bowl. Make a well in center with silicone spatula. Scald mile, cool with 1 1/2 cup water. Stir in sugar,salt,eggs,and yeast. Pour into flour, do not stir. Seal bowl, burp and wait for seal to pop off, do not break seal. Mix in margerine and knead to proper consistency. Add more flour if necessary. Seal, burp and wait till seal pops. Knead and roll out. Seperate into 3 loaves. Let rise for 20 min, bake 375 till brown.

    Chicken Enchilada Ring

    2 cups coursly chopped chicken
    1/4 cup pitted sliced black olives
    1 cup shredded monterey jack/cheddar blend
    1 4oz can chopped green chiles,undrained
    1/2 cup mayonaise
    1 TBS Tupperware Southwest Chipotle seasoning blend
    chopped tomatoes
    crushed corn chips
    2pkg crescent rolls
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup sour cream

    preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Mix first six ingredients in thatsa bowl with silicone spatula. Add chopped tomatoes. Reserve 2 Tbs corn chips ( I found most people prefer to leave these out) Stir in corn chips. Arrange crescent rolls on silicone mat covered baking sheet, in a circle, wide end in the middle. Wide ends will overlap, there will be a 5 inch circle in center. Scoop chicken mixture onto crescents, and fold small ends over and tuck under the center. There will be some gaps. Bake 20-25 min till brown. garnish with salsa and sour cream.

    Skinny Chocolate Cake

    1 pkg chocolate cake mix
    1 cup water
    1/3 cup fat free salad dressing or mayonaise
    3 egg whites or 6 TBS egg substitute

    In mix n stor pitcher combine ingredients with silicone spatula, blending well.

    Spray heat n Serve 6 1/4 cup round container with cooking spray. Pour batter into container and microwave on high for 7-10 min(depending on microwave power) Rotate during baking if no turntable. Cake should pull away from sides slightly and be a little sticky on top. Toothpick should test clean. If necessary microwave and add'l minute and check, repeat till done.
    Cool 4-5 min and invert onto serving plate. Serve plain or with a dusting of powdered sugar.

    Note: you can also warm a jar of ice cream topping (carmel is awesome) and drizzle over cake, But then it isnt skinny cake anymore....LOL

    Quick Shake Apple Cake

    1 14oz can of apple pie filling
    1/4 cup sugar mixed with tupperware cinnamon vanill seasoning blend
    1 egg
    2/3 cup flour
    2/3 cup sugar
    2/3 cup milk
    1 tsp oil
    2 tsp baking powder

    Place pie filling in 6 1/4 round heat n serve container, microwave 1 min and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon vanilla mixture.
    Break egg into quick shake, add flour,sugar,milk, oil (in that order)put on whisk disc, seal and shake vigorously. Unseal and add baking powder,seal and shake 6 times. Open to breathe. Seal and shake another 6 times. Pour over pie filling. Microwave on high for 10 min. Invert onto serving plate, sprinkle with more sugar/cinnamon vanilla mixture.

    You can also bake this in a baking pan for 30 min at 350.

    Carmamel Cake

    (This calls for a silcone bundt pan that tupperware used to carry, but I think you could bake in oven, in a regular bundt pan)

    1 pkg spice or cinnamon swirl cake mix
    3 eggs
    1 can apple pie filling
    1 jar caramel topping

    Mix cake mix,eggs and pie filling in mix n stor pitcher. Pour batter into silicone fluted round. Microwave for 8-10 min on high. Invert onto serving plate. Microwave caramel topping for about 30 seconds (jar will be warm) drizzle over cake letting it run down the side.

    I was just afraid I wont be able to find my original post LOL

    glad you are all enjoying them.... I will tell you I have done the apple cake, and the caramel cake, and the chicken enchilada ring, and they are really tasty. I havent tried the bread or pie crusts yet, but they used to be recipes used at parties.

    ok, here are some more.

    Sandart Brownies (great gift idea)

    1/3 cup cocoa
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup white chocolate chips
    1 1/8 cup flour
    1/2 cup chopped nuts.

    Layer ingredients into a modular mate round #4 container (or 30oz container)

    To make brownies
    add 1 tsp vanilla,2/3 cup oil or applesauce and 3 large eggs. Bake at 350 for 33-35 min, or microwave for 12-15 min.

    Egg muffin cup

    Split english muffin
    1 egg
    1 cheese slice
    optional:bacon,ham or sausage patty cooked.

    place 1/2 muffin in bottom of rock n serve soup mug, break egg over muffin, break yolk. Top with meat and cheese and other 1/2 of muffin. microwave on high 1 1/2 - 2 min.

    Jello mold sandwich

    1 loaf square sandwich bread (cut off crust)
    1/3 lb sliced cheese (any or several varieties)
    1-2 lbs sliced deli meat (any or several varieties)

    You will make 2-3 layers of each. Place bread slices around bottom of tupperware jello mold and press into grooves, sides will overlap. Layer in order, bread,cheese, meat, pressing down each layer, repeat till last bread layer is at top of mold. seal and refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Invert onto serving plate or tray. This looks nice with chips in center. Slice when ready to serve with condiments and vegies. Can become soggy if not served immedietly.

    Fruit cobbler cake

    2 bags frozen fruit
    1 yellow or white cake mix
    1 stick of butter

    Melt butter in microwave for 1 min. Rinse fruit off in double colander to remove ice crystals. Place fruit in microsteamer, sprinkle on half of the cake mix over fruit (dont mix)drizzle half the melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle rest of cake mix, and drizzle with remaining butter. Put lid on microsteamer and microwave on high 12-15 min (can take up to 24 min depending on microwave) It cake will be golden brown and the fruit will be bubbling up through the cake. Let sit a few minutes and serve with vanilla ice cream.

    Rocky Road

    2 blocks white bark
    2 blocks chocolate bark
    1 cup milk chocolate chips
    6 oz dry roasted peanuts,chopped
    1 cup marshmallows

    Melt bark and chocolate chips in a microsteamer base, 1 min, then 15 second intervals until smooth (stir each time as the chocolate will hold its shape) Stir in peanuts and marshmallows. Pour mixture onto silcione mat forming a rectangle the same thickness all around. Let cool in frig for about 30 minutess. Turn onto cutting board and cut into squares. (you can also drop this by mounds if you prefer.)

    Dump Lasagna (microwave)

    Layer 3 lasagna noodles on bottom of Rock n Serve large deep container, add a layer of your favorite spaghetti sauce (cover completely)
    drop cottage cheese, or ricotta, then layer crumbled ground beef on top, sprinkle with italian seasoning if desired, then a layer of mozzerella cheese, repeat twice. Microwave at 80% power for about 25-30 min. Let sit for 10 minutes.
