I wanted to share this recipe with everyone. A friend of mine give this to me last Summer, And I have made both kinds and they are delicious! You can make any kind of cobbler with this recipe.

    ~Apple/Peach Cobbler~
Can of apples or peaches (Whichever kind you want to make, But any kind of fruit)
    Butter
    Sugar
    Water
    Vanilla
    Flour (Self-rising)
    Milk

Take a glass pan and line it with some butter. (Butter will smooth in the pan better, If you let the butter sit out for a few minutes or so first.) Apples or peaches (drain peaches) Place them in pan.
Make batter, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup of self-rising flour, Cap full of vanilla. Mix butter in a bowl until kinda fluffy. Add sugar, Mix it, Add milk, Mix until really smooth, Add flour, Mix 1/2 cup flour and then the other1/2, Add vanilla, Mix really well. Pour over apples/peaches.
    Glaze:
1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup water. Pour over cobbler.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Making me hungry for an apple cobbler, LOL!
    ENJOY!
