    WW Creole Style Skillet Dinner
    This is a very good recipe!

    WW Creole Style Skillet Dinner

    1 med. onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 pound kielbasa, quartered & sliced
    1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 cup water
    1-1/2 cups instant rice, uncooked

    Spray large skillet with non stick cooking spray. Heat over med/high heat until hot. Add onion & bell pepper; cover and cook until veggies are crisp-tender, stirring once. Add kielbasa, tomatoes & water; mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; return to a boil. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes,or until rice is tender. Fluff with fork before serving.
