Heat oven to 450º. Stir 2c Bisquick and 1/2c. hot water til stiff dough forms. Let stand 10 min. Place dough on surface sprinkled with Bisquick. Gently roll in to coat. Shape into a ball. Knead 60 times. Roll or pat dough into 12" square on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread 2tbs melted butter or margarine over dough. Mix 1/4c each shredded cheddar, shredded Monterey Jack, and grated Parmesan. Sprinkle over dough. Bake 10-12 min or til edges are golden brown.
