I always seem to run out of time during Christmas and was wondering if you can freeze it. I use a recipe where you drop the candy by tsp full on waxed paper then store it in an air tight container. TIA

Cathy...I really don't think that this candy would freeze well. I think that it would turn chewy. Of course, some of your better cooks on here can probably give you better advice.

Well Fratz, I was sort of thinking the same thing but hoping not. :)

Divinity is much to susceptible to moisture and freezing will cause it to be moist and I think it would ruin it. JMHO

I have only made the divinity from the frosting mix, but it freezes just fine. But then I freeze almost anything and it usually works o.k. I freeze fudge, meringue cookies, all other cookies, cake, etc. Try it.
