    ISO ham and dill pickle roll-up dip
    It's been awhile since I've been here, but I would like to find a recipe for a dip that tastes just like the dill pickle and ham roll-ups. I had it at a ballgame, and it's great! I know it had soft cream cheese, Budding beef and chopped dill pickles, but I don't have the exact amounts. Anyone know?

    You could add some mayonnaise and buttermilk to thin it out to dip consistency. :O)

    Ham & Dill Pickle Spread

    2 1/2 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    3 - 2 1/2 oz. lean chopped beef (Buddig brand)
    5 or 6 medium dill pickles
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt

    Combine in a food processor, refrigerate. Serve with your favorite snack crackers.

    Ham or Beef "Cigars"

    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
    1 lb smoked cooked sliced ham sandwich meat or Buddig beef slices
    1/8 tsp horseradish
    1/4 tsp worstershire sauce
    1 tsp dill weed
    1 jar dill spear pickles
     
    Mix all ingredients together, except the ham and pickles.  Spread the mixture onto the ham, then lay a pickle across each slice of ham, now roll up the slice of ham.  Place tooth picks about 1 inch apart in the rolled up ham and then cut between the toothpicks, making bite size pieces.  Enjoy!

    Here is my recipe:

    Ham Rollups

    *Ham Sandwich meat (I use the rectangle size party time ham in the deli, have them slice it)

    *2 8oz. packages Cream Cheese (softened)

    *1 package ranch

    *Zesty, garlic whole dill pickle

    *Tortillas

    Take a paper towel and blot the ham slice and drain/blot pickles so that the cream cheese will spread good on it. Mix the ranch and cream cheese. Spread cream cheese mixture to cover the tortilla. Lay a piece of ham on it then top with whole dill pickle roll up jelly roll style and refridgerate. Slice in pinwheels when chilled.
