Hi.Iam doing weight watchers and we go to different restaurants.I would like to have weight watcher recipes. And also if any one has different nutritional counts for some restaurants like ruby tuesdays.Thank you Betty
Have you been to the WW board to find recipes? I Googled Ruby Tuesday's and clicked on menu, you can find info there. Go to www.dietfacts.com and there is info for restruants.
Have you tried www.dwlz.com, she has a lot of restaurants listed with ww points, she
has lost weight doing WW and has this site to help others.
Try these sites. The first one is mine.
Miss Betty, This was a good exercise for me! My WW recipe links were all under the old system. Here are some threads I found on search. I think there are enough recipes here to keep you and I busy for awhile!
My sister and I, who are both on WW, stopped on our way to Atlanta. We had the white chicken chilli and the salad bar. I counted 5 pts. for the whole thing, even though I am on CORE, because I had no way to judge it. We didn't touch thge bread that came with the soup.
It was very good and filling.
Good Morning,I just want to thank every one who responded to my post.I can't wait to start looking them up.I have lost sixteen pounds so far. have a good day Betty
Are you doing Core or Flex?
T&T and delicious
In a large Dutch oven sauté:
Onions (to taste)
Celery (to taste)
Garlic cloves (4-5 or to taste)
Green pepper(s) (to taste)
2 cans 28 oz tomatoes (I like crushed--you may add a little sugar if the tomatoes are too acidic)
2 cans tomato soup (small cans)
2 cans kidney beans (16-19 oz)
1 can chickpeas (16-19 oz)
1 can Romano beans (16-19 oz)
2 cans pork'n'beans (in tomato sauce only (no meat))
1 can each of any 3 beans (Pinto/kidney/black/great white), basically any bean you like
4 tbsp (approx--to taste) chili powder
Bring to a boil, stirring gently as to not break up the beans, lower to a simmer and cook 45-60 minutes more. Thicken if necessary. Serve hot
1 cup serving = 3 to 31/2 points!
1 lb ground turkey
salt to taste
pepper to taste
onion powder to taste
garlic powder to taste
1 16 oz can whole tomatoes, chopped
2 cans V-8 juice (4 cans V-8 juice)
1 green pepper (2 green peppers)
1 Tbsp minced onion
2 oz elbow macaroni (4 oz elbow macaroni)
(2 medium zucchini)
Brown turkey well with seasonings. Add tomatoes, juice, green pepper, and onion. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni and continue to boil, uncovered, until macaroni absorbs all of the juice and is tender. About 20 minutes. Add zucchini near end.
Original version is 4 servings, altered recipe serves 8.
Original recipe is WW 7 points, altered recipe = 4 points
Linguine with Black Bean Sauce
2 tsp olive oil
2 Morningstar Spicy Black Bean burgers
1 10 oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed (optional, may substitute or add chopped zucchini to taste)
1 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
8 oz linguine, cooked/boiled al dente
Sprinkle of Romano cheese (optional)
4 WW pt
In large skillet, heat olive oil. Add the black bean burgers, cook through. (About 1 minute each side) Using your spatula, break up the black bean burgers into small bits. Add the thawed spinach, heat through. Add the spaghetti sauce bring to a boil, then lower the heat and let simmer 5 minutes. Add the cooked Linguine, mix well and simmer another 5 minutes.
Dress with Romano cheese
This freezes and reheats well.
Betty, great job on your loss! A lot of restaurants have NI on their websites now, which makes it super easy to figure points. :)

Hi Bee J,Iam on the flex plan, which one are you on?Iam really happy that I have so many responces and also a lot of web sites to go on.Iam looking forward to looking them up.Thank you and every one else who responded.Just by every ones intrest it gives me and incentive to continue.Betty
I've got a whole bunch of WW friendly recipes in my favorites, from WW, Cooking Light, Light & Tasty. The healthy ones start around page 7
I've got lots of links for NI, but mostly for chains like Wendy's, McDs, BK, Pizza Hut, Subway, etc. Uno's gives NI on their site also. I think Olive Garden does the NI for their light menu only. Jolene
Thanks for the post... bdett
Jolene, thank you for the site everyone has been so kind for helping me out.Have a good night Betty
