  • pounds of berries vs. cups

I can get berries cheap by the pound, but I cannot find a chart in my canning book that converts it to cups. So I have no clue how much I need to buy. Mainly I am looking at Strawberries and Raspberries. Does anyone have a chart and can look it up for me? They will come in 10 pound, frozen incriments.

    Thanks In Advance!!!

This site is also very helpful. This page has strawberry measurements on it.
