    I would really love a recipe that is close to the recipe used at bit of swiss. I just love these cookies they have oatmeal chocolate chunks white chocolate chips cranberries...etc. They are super good but at 2.00 a cookie it is expensive. Thanks so much.

    Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

     

    •  2/3 cup butter, softened
    • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 1/4 cups dried cranberries
    • 2/3 cup coarsely chopped white chocolate

     

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
    2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine oats, flour, salt, and baking soda; stir into butter mixture one cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven, or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.

    • White Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Cookies 

    • 2 sticks butter - room temperature
    • 1 1/4 cups sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
    • 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
    • 1 cup white chocolate chips
    • 1/2 cup slivered almonds


    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
    2. With an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add egg. Continue beating until well combined. Add vanilla extract.
    3. Combine salt, baking soda, all purpose flour and whole wheat flour in a separate bowl. Stir into the butter mixture until blended.
    4. Fold in cranberries, chocolate chips and almonds.
    5. Drop by tablespoon onto prepared cookie sheet. Flatten a bit. Leave about an inch between cookies as they will expand. Bake for 12 minutes.
