Wonderful product! Makes a delicious meringue without "wasting" half of the egg. Use as much or a little as you want to have an "over the top" meringue. It's over in the gravy mixes (in my store) but may also be found with the spices since it's made by Sauer's.
Does this replace using an egg white or do you add it to whites to increase the volume. Just wondered, will check it out when shopping. Thanks.
