This is a pampered chef, but you can do it without their products. I use the Craisins from Ocean Spray.

Bread Machine: Easy Apple Coffee Cake

    2/3 cup water
3 tablespoons butter or margarine -- softened
2 cups Gold Medal® Better for BreadT bread flour
    3 tablespoons granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast
1 cup canned apple pie filling
    Powdered sugar -- if desired

    1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except pie filling and powdered sugar in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

    2. Select Dough/Manual cycle. Do not use delay cycle.

    3. Remove dough from pan, using lightly floured hands. Cover and let rest 10 minutes on lightly floured surface.

    4. Grease large cookie sheet. Roll dough into 13x8-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface. Place on cookie sheet. Spoon pie filling lengthwise down center third of rectangle. On each 13-inch side, make cuts from filling to edge of dough at 1-inch intervals, using sharp knife. Fold ends up over filling. Fold strips diagonally over filling, alternating sides and overlapping in center. Cover and let rise in warm place 30 to 45 minutes or until double. (Dough is ready if indentation remains when touched.)

    5. Heat oven to 375ºF. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack; cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Put a pork loin or two and even a boneless roast in the crockpot and pour a can of filling over it. Cook or either high or low settings. This is delicious

Here are two that are easy, easy, easy! And sooooo delicious!

You’ll look and feel like a professional baker when this beautiful dessert comes out of the oven.

    ANY BERRY COOKIE COBBLER

2 bags (12 ounces each) frozen mixed berries, thawed
1 container (21-ounce) apple pie filling
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 roll (18-ounce) prepared sugar cookie dough, Pillsbury brand

Can serve with Vanilla ice cream

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix berries, apple pie filling, sugar, and cinnamon.
Transfer fruit mixture to an 9 X 13 baking dish.

Crumble cookie dough over fruit, covering thickly and completely.

Bake uncovered until cookie crust is golden and crisp, and juices bubble thickly, about 45 minutes.

    This is very good.

This recipe was the grand prize winner in Aug. 2001 QC TOH. It is delicious..
PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES AND STUFFING
6 boneless pork loin chops( 1 in. thick)
    1 tbl veg. oil
1 pkg(6 ounces) crushed stuffing mix
1 can(21 ounces) apple pie filling
In a skillet, brown chops in oil. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to pkg. directions. Spread pie filling into greased 13x9 in pan. Place chops on top; spoon stuffing over chops.
Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer.
The only thing that I did differently when I made this was to make my own pie filling..We don't like it as sweet as canned pie filling.
Served with sweet potatoes and green beans
